Established in 1994 by Phillip and Judy Cross, Angas Plains Wines is a James Halliday rated 5-star winery set in the heart of the Langhorne Creek wine region. In 1993, Phillip carefully selected vine material that he used to develop his own vineyard nursery, and this was the beginning of Angas Plains Estate. The following year the first cabernet sauvignon was planted. Together, Phillip and Judy continued to develop a new block of vines each year, finishing with chardonnay in 2002.

Just forty-five minutes away from Adelaide and ten minutes from the historical town of Strathalbyn, this lovely winery specialises in dry red and sparkling wines.
